Corsair Trailer

Secure the trailer in approximately horizontal position
by lowering the rear jacks and open the trailer

Place the ramps behind the wing, remove the wing jack bolts
and roll out the wing

Rotate the wing

Remove the ramps and roll out the fuselage until the

fuselage trolley comes to a rest at the stops

Place the tailwheel on the jack and roll the wing

underneath the fuselage

Remove the wing jack plates in front of the main spar

and behind the rear spar and lift the wing underneath the fuselage. Install the 4 main bolts and the securing clamps (refer to the Corsair user manual for details)

Roll the wing jack away and remove the tailwheel jack.

It may be necessary to place the ramps under the main landing gear wheels to ensure that the Corsair stands on its main wheels and lifts out of the fuselage trolley

Roll away from the trailer and complete the assembly and

final check according to the Corsair user manual
